Special TV Awards  – (1) Broadcast in France From 2009 to 2015, "A French Village" is one of the best drama series in TV history.
(2) "The Looming Tower" (2018) is an unusually excellent TV miniseries. Because the individual episodes have different directors and writers, the series is not eligible for The Bloomies. Compare "Manhunt: Unabomber" [above] in which all episodes have the same director and writer; it is, therefore, equivalent to a long movie.
